I can't believe this wasn't posted yet. Are we starting to lose interest?

4.1 million viewers (Live + Same Day)
1.8 million adults 18-49
2.1 million adults 25-54

I scrolled back but couldn't cobble together the previous ratings. Did the premiere have 4.2 Live/SD? If so, these numbers today would indicate that Failing Skies is holding strong. How, I don't know.

Just curious to know what the trend is in the ratings. Anyone?

I'm having a hard time getting through an entire episode of this show.

Same here. That's why I'm a bit surprised at these numbers for July 3rd. I just don't understand how the show can hold anyone's interest.

Mind you, I'm not rooting for it to fail, I'm just pointing out that since it's not that good it follows that interest would wane.

So it looks like Failing Skies might shake out to settle just about the 4. mark. Perhaps my use of the moniker "Failing" is a bit premature.

I think you should change the numbering. The pilot is basically seen as ep1+ep2. So we've had 4 eps up till now.

I had Internet access in county lockup but they have these aggressive content filters that filter out anything that's not porn.

Only True Blood and FS ran new eps over the July 3rd Sunday, and TB got hammered to half it's normal viewership (TB however was availiable online from HBO go for a week beforhand)

I think we are going to wait at least until say Ep 7-9 before we can make any kind of accurate trending type of idea. Strangely enough, we have access to L+3 for ep3 which puts the number at 5,692,000 (up 36% over L+SD), so unless masses of people DVR'ed the premiere (doubtful) it seems to be holding it's own in pure viewership.

Yeah, I saw them advertising TB as being available a week early via the Internet. I don't quite know what that's all about. Seems an odd thing to do.

As for FS, I just don't understand how it can maintain a 4.whatever for very long. If I'm wrong in the long run then I'm wrong and I'll admit it. Like you said, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I already lost interest in the show. The only character that interests me is Pope and it doesn't have a spaceship like SGU to keep me interested, so I'm gonna stick with the few anime shows I am watching that are at least mildly interesting at their worst.

just been a busy week! I must admit I will be surprised if the ratings hold at 4 mil. it's not a soapfi...but it is getting sloooooooooooooooooow!
