I will be off to the theater to catch Pacific Rim in a bit. A review will be forthcoming once I actually see it. I admit to liking Kaiju films and the combination of Kaiju and Guillermo Del Toro is inherently interesting.

I just watched this again last night. I dont know why, but it seems FUNNY to me now. I actually found comedic value in it.

Perhaps knowing when to look for this was part of it...a zombie cat!

FTR, the zombie cat did not appear in the posters. But the movie was so comical in parts...I was laughing, even guffawing at some of the scenes.

Yeah the whole plane crash scene was comically ridiculous. The movie became worse than a cartoon at that point.
