While it still counts as a doper death, as far as I am concerned, it needs to be noted that all of drugs were 100% legal.

actually they think it wasn't an over-dose per say, but a deadly combination: Xanax and alcohol. There are a number of meds that do NOT mix well with alcohol and she had a few of them in ehr room. once the toxicology report is in they will have a better idea of what killed her. Over-use of legal medications are a serious problem in the US....whether it is someone taking too many of a prescribed med for themselves or it is someone selling meds that were prescribed for others. Oxycotin is one of the biggest "street drugs" currently in use.
