Holy poop . I'm a three egger myself .
Excellent . Thanks for the help . Doin cardio this morn . By cycle ride .

I'm up to 4 eggs myself. I make a shake out of eggs, banana and cultured coconut milk. It's pretty good. I haven't tried adding oatmeal yet but I should as I have some on hand I think. Gotta love the immersion blender btw, it makes life so much easier. ;)

Is that what's LEFT of it? :icon_e_surprised: Please tell me you eat more than that for breakfast...you're starving! It isnt how much you eat that makes you fat, it is WHAT you eat. You can eat an entire package of bacon with 1/2 pound of broccoli and an entire oz of peanut butter and you wont gain a pound. The type of foods in that breakfast is great. Low carb.

Yes yes ,,,. That was just one morning snack last week . 6 strips o wonderful bacon , a bunch of steamed broccoli , a huge spoon of peanut butter and a coffee or two of course . I think I had a chunk of cheese also .

Eating a 8 to 10 almonds pieces when feeling hungry after 6 or 7 pm .

Just a few of my meals over the past 2 weeks :) :) :)

Downloaded a pdf of this book last year . What do you guys think of it and this ferris guy . Is he another snake oil salesman ? I do like a few of his workout schedules . The cat yack is my fave and I think it works as my abbs ache after doing it but I get really exhausted quickly having asthma .

First text on the site:

Lose 20 pounds of fat in 30 days (without exercise)? Achieve a 15-minute orgasm?

All this and more is not just possible, it’s probable, says Tim Ferriss, author of the best-selling book, 4-Hour Body: An Uncommon Guide to Rapid Fat-Loss, Incredible Sex, and Becoming Superhuman.

Stay away from quackery. It'll just frustrate you in the long run and make you lose your motivation.

Weight is so misleading. It can mean a lot things and BMI is worse. Neither take into account bone density/muscle mass/water weight. I have lost so much fat but lost very little kg.

Of all the crap in his book the cat yak exercise is the only one I do . I do as many of them as I can without passin out and have noticed a huge difference because of doing them . My stomach seems to suck itself in . Try it and see if you notice a dif . Works for me and I'm gonna keep doin them . Also I do a few push-ups when I get up in the morning and sometimes before bed . I'm surprised again as to how much easier each day that it becomes and I can do more reps each day . Not many though lol .

Bread...I think I am addicted to it! Over the past 5 years, I have cut my bread intake to 1/4 of what it used to be, but I cannot eliminate it. If I try, I feel actual physical withdrawal! How is this? What in bread is addicting? I eat only whole wheat bread, and usually when I want something like a sandwich to munch on for lunch or a snack, I use my low carb flour tortillas. But after a week or so, I absolutely MUST have baked bread. I will go out and get a loaf of whole wheat bread (usually two), put one in the freezer and both loaves will last me about three weeks. Im out right now, and I was getting ready to go out for my two loaves, but then I see I have two packs of low carb tortillas in my cabinet.

Anybody know if bread is addicting? I of course Googled this, but nothing conclusive. I only buy one brand of bread: Nature's Harvest (https://www.naturesharvestbread.com/whole-family/100-stone-ground-whole-wheat-bread). I buy several different brands when I get French bread, but that is not very often. It could be the sugar. On the Nature's Harvest website, I do not see the FDA nutrition info.....

It's the simple carbs.

Arent I getting that in the low carb tortillas? They are 6net carbs per tortilla. Other than the tortillas and bread, I am not eating any simple carbs and I do not even have refined sugar in my home. I occasionally eat brown rice (more simple carbs and starch), but because of the high carb count, I consider rice a cheat. It's way higher than bread.

What are the ingredients in the "whole wheat" bread? Is there sugar? (Probably.) Is it the very soft type of whole wheat? (Most likely tons of additives.)
