I doubt he can ever come back in Star Wars (no time travel nonsense in SW) as far as a flesh and blood character. But as a Force ghost? Almost certainly, and not just in this movie but the two that follow as well. Abrams will use him as he used Leonard Nimoy in Star Trek 2009 and STID.
I just don't see the need to use Yoda in that way. Spock prime was used to add continuity to what was a re-boot, and that is not the case here. Yoda is not even the one that Luke has the most feelings for (that would be Obi-wan, or Vader).
Using Yoda in such a way would simply make no sense, force spirit or not. Everyone wanted Yoda in the prequel's to see the "green Jedi master" at work, to see just how badass the little muppet was in his "heyday" (and even that drew criticism with him being a ninja), but he just has no valid place in this series.
