The following article lists a bunch of free books on Machine Learning and Data Science.

Apparently there are more free books about different topics but the article doesn't specify how to find them and I've not been able to track them down on my own. If you find out how to search Springer for those free books, please let me know. I'd like to have a look at them.

They are all books in PDF format. All the links are working for me!

This website has almost all of the books over 10 million books and counting. Some are in epub which you can use a converter to pdf and some are in mobi and some other format.
