I am just using this App to learn more about the constellations in the sky as I am going to be taking up a course in Astronomy soon. This App also gives accurate readings and information of the trajectory of the planets and stars in our sky. If you move around your phone you can view accurate readings of the sky. I think there are similar Apps to this

Yes, there have been apps like that for Android for many years now. I use Sky View.
