Ya know how they keep saying "The wrong people, at the wrong time, in the wrong place"? I finally figured it out. They were talking about the writers, not the characters on the show!

Evidently so! These are the wrong writers writing for the wrong show at the wrong time after making lots of wrong decisions. They carried that on to the wrong actors in the wrong setting doing the wrong style of Stargate.
