I started watching this series when it premiered a few weeks ago. HOLY SHIT is Cinemax putting out some real good series. So far, this one and Strike Back are two of my favs for action.

Banshee follows an ex-con just released from prison who is seeking out his ex-partner & lover after going away for a heist they did together for which he was arrested.

He stumbles into a small town and accidentally assumes the role of town Sheriff.

This show, so far, has gotten my attention from the first few minutes of the premiere. I just watched the 3rd episode and I'm hooked!

Bit of both. The fight scenes are very well choreographed and do a good job of displaying the character's combat training.

You might also like Strike Back. There are two full seasons sitting out there.

The two lead characters in Strike Back are played by an American and an Australian. They got the Aussie playing an American soldier and the American playing a British soldier.

It does but very little. Strike Back also has a little sex in it but both shows are so good I can get past it. :icon_lol:

Looks like Cinemax put the full pilot episode on Youtube in an effort to promote the show. Enjoy.

but ya posted this yesterday so... figured id get it sorted for a moment of boredom :) i would prefer if they'd air a few more eps before i watch tho so i can go for a marathon.. but we'll see..

New ep every Friday. :D I'm watching a marathon right now on Cinemax.
