Over the last year or so I have been hearing about these types of cases far too often where people tend to mistake a joke as a threat. Whilst I agree the tweet wasn't the smartest tweet I have seen but come on, this is just stupid!.

A teenage boy is facing criminal charges after he set off a bomb scare by tweeting some of the lyrics of a Pink song at the US pop songstress's concert on Sunday night at Rod Laver Arena.
The 16-year-old was thrown out of the concert and subsequently arrested by police after he tweeted a reference to Pink's song "Timebomb", off her chart-topping new album, and linked the tweet to the Rod Laver Arena official twitter account.

A similar thing happened in the US where someone said an "offensive joke" in a popular MMO game called League of legends" but the authority didn't care if it was a joke or not.

Heisen, people be fraccked buddy, they *honestly think* that peeps on the other side of the world can stretch out to really do something to them.
Not only that, but because "text based communication" is so............. BAD at conveying meaning, finding the insult is really easy.

We should realy go back to rocks :D
