The faces are correct, but appearing on what appear to be puppets filmed in stop motion? T'Pol is the worst, but Capt Archer and Tucker sound okay. I could not watch the whole thing.
Apparently, the sequel has them moving their mouths. You can catch some scenes from the sequel in the last couple minutes of the video after the closing credits.
