He could, I even think there is an ep of SPN or smallville where he is decked to the nines, and he does look good.
He's gotta be near or just past his 40's now, which would be a good age to get a new Bond happening.................

Whaaaat...he's not even a Brit. But yeah, he should try to get other roles. A role in comic verse movie could launch his career though. But I can't think of any that would be suited to him other than maybe Nightwing, Roy Harper, or something. No wait, maybe he could do Hal Jordon, cocky, type A personality, and sometimes a goofball. That could definitely work:
