Around 4:14 I see life boats. Are there enough life boats on the ship to fit the entire complement of passengers and crew?

More than sufficient boats. The ship carries boats for 5,520 people. Against that it has a crew of 1300 and 2670 passengers. The overage is specifically to ensure that everyone can fit in the boats on either side of the ship.

QM2 is built to a completely different standard than the Costa Concordia. Assuming a captain stupid enough to run her on the rocks like Concordia was, QM2 sails away and is repaired.
