AWESOME! It can do very well if they keep it episodic like it was before. They can serialize it very easily, but if they do they should prepare the ending too. I would love to have seen the crew of the Spindrift get home. They never did.
I got the name wrong. I know the show well. The spindrift was from land of the giants i think.

I had the toy ship from that show when I was a kid .
The only show spaceship I had was the Enterprise 1701.
My spaceship model collection was 100% Apollo vehicles from the first to the lunar module and command module. The only fictional one was the USS Enterprise. But there was a Spindrift and also a Jupiter 2. The Jupiter 2 had a top that could be removed and you could play with the figures inside the ship:

Just remembered . I also had the sub from voyage to the bottom of the sea ...
It did not float ... It was the small model . I think there was a big one also ...

Woe . Bet that was expensive !!!
I had that (the Seaview). It had a "magic pill" you put in it and when you put it in the pool it would submerge and surface. The pill was baking powder. Kenner made a Power Sub which did the same thing and I had that too.
Looks like it.
But the Zeroids were out at the same time and they were way cooler than the stuff on Lost In Space. It also had a flying saucer and the Zeroids could ride in it. They were my favorite toy at the time and I had all the Zeroids and the Saucer:
