I have been watching some GREAT short form science fiction episodes in the spirit of Twilight Zone/Outer Limits. It is called Masters of Science Fiction and it has only 6 episodes, but they are worth watching. These remind me of the short stories in my beloved Scifi anthology books.

I dont understand why they chose to have Hawking narrate this show...his "voice" sounds creepy and sorta takes away from the show. I understand why he has to use the voice synthesizer, but why Hawking? I think that Patrick Stewart would have been a better choice. Worth checking out!

Hawking lends more "weight" than Patrick, as much as I think hehas a great voice. Using Hawking gets the sorta "official" voice on a series, same way the used Michio Kaaku as well for the "science of scifi" series.

Good point...looks good on the credits too. :) But this show might have gone a bit further if there had been a different person narrating it...somebody that could be seen as well as heard, sorta like Rod Serling and Alfred Hitchcock and Nimoy have done.
