out of his writings we see notions repeated by many sci fi writers- Philip K Dick and his works (DO ANDROIDS DREAM OF ELECTRIC SHEEP == BLADERUNNER) and the Wachowski's (or...err whoever wrote it
) THE MATRIX and so many more works
his "i think therefore i am" and what it means for Replicant behavior and the nature of existence are directly linked to both of these works
either way he was one interesting dude...
