    I have always wanted more spoof tv shows on tv. I am not sure why such a great concept has not been well adopted. We saw it with movies, like spaceballs which is by far the best spoof movie on the planet.

    Trekmovie has a long article trying to defend Discovery. They even mention specifically that it is going to be gritty and darker than usual for Trek like that is a positive. I guess they forgot how well the dark and gritty Nemesis did - it bombed...
