It's unfortunate that this young man is handicapped. That said, he's got some serious mental problems, not the least of which is the inability to use basic logic skills. The following quote proves it:

"The Bible is the only source of truth. Anything written by man cannot be infallible."

That statement does not contain any formal contradictions. Actually, if that statement is true, then one should not believe people who claim to have come back from the dead.

Um....every single character of every word of every paragraph of the Bible was written by man. So, the entire sentence is a contradiction. Anyone believing that people can "come back from the dead" will believe just about anything.

I did not realize he was handicapped . My bad but at the same time the thumpers need to stop there brainwashing of each other and come back to reality instead of believing in the sky bullies and there deeds . This boy had this supposed which is now proven to be a lie vision because of his religious teachings . They are no better than the Scientology creeps ...

I forgot to mention a good friend of mine died while playing hockey with some friends . He was clinically dead when the paramedic's showed up as he lay lifeless on the ice . I have no idea how long he was gone but he was gone and they were able to revive him . I suspect the cold ice kept him fresh so to speak . I asked him about the bright light and all the other bull and he said he saw nothing and remembers nothing .
We go to sleep and that's it kids ...

The key there is "clinically dead". Terms like "clinically dead" and "brain dead" are subjective terms medical officials use, but they are unrelated to "death" in the literal sense. Here are examples of people who were "brain dead" and regained consciousness, with their faculties complete:

The idea that a machine can determine what death is to me is ridiculous. Dead is dead. When breathing stops, the heart stops and there is no life, then the person is dead. Why are people so afraid that there might be nothing (conscious) after this life? We do a dress rehearsal for death every night we sleep.

It is my opinion that the entire concept of religion began out of fear of death, trying to explain the whys and wherefores of "what's next?" Nobody really knows anything, so all are feeble attempts to explain the phenomena. Most people desperately need to believe in something beyond this life, but I don't, so religion has no appeal to me.

I agree with the bolded. But I also believe that religion was equally inspired by the movement of the observable universe. Without the distractions of working a job or driving in traffic or scrambling to gather food and water, people cannot avoid observing the movement around them. The passage of the sun, the scrolling of the stars overhead at night, the changing positions of the patterns. HOWEVER, it was also noticed that they were cyclic and predictable. This implied some sort of intelligent mechanism (which may or may not be responsible for the structure). Many cultures prior to organized religion had no fear of death at all.

IT also grew out of the desire of some people to control and rule over other people. This stuff is always about power and control.

It certainly exists today for that reason! The whole reason to found a church today is to collect tax free money and live off of others without having to do much work. There are areas in the south which have a church literally on every corner. In Torrance, the adjacent city to Redondo Beach, this two-mile square area has these 13 churches:

I live directly across the street from a large Catholic Church. This last weekend they were doing their Palm Sunday thing. this church also owns a school next to it, which they charge thousands for children to attend. How is a private religious school better than a secular public one? When I was younger I thought that private school kids were somehow more special than "regular" school, but then later in life the private school kids did not really do better.
