How Do I use iTools ?

A friend of mine told me about this app so as you do not have to use that useless program iTunes . I can download the files and see and use them on my PC but when I do the search with iTools , it finds only an empty file ,,,. What's up with that !!!?
I have show hidden files checked in Windows 7 ... iPhone4s without update cuz that sucks too

Hmmm...Im not getting the picture here. You are using iTunes/iTools on a PC? Why? Do you have an iPhone or a Mac you need to be compatible with? I see you mentioned iPhone 4. If so, you need to stick with iTunes for music and files management on a PC.

You need to use iTunes for that. You have to install it, then show the Tones folder and copy the ringtones to that folder from within iTunes. Then, when you plug in your iPhone, you tell it to sync the Tones folder with your device and there you have it. No way around it! Not with a 4 or a 4S.

I find these things out the hard way. So many BYOD shops have iPhones in them now there is no way around it. It's the reason I now carry a Macbook Pro running Windows (and Linux and Android) in Parallels instead of a PC like I had been doing for years. iPads, Airs being used for presentations, etc. The iPhone 4 and 4S will only work with iTunes for ringtones, even if jailbroken. No app in the app stores or PC program can gain access to the folder where the ringtones are stored except for iTunes, AND you have to be logged in to both the phone and iTunes to do it. But you can do it with the iPhone 5...with jailbreaking and an app.

This link goes to a tutorial I found for your software. Please let me know if it works. My clients would not use it even if it does work because it doesnt have the Apple logo on it.

NOTE:

These same exact steps are what you need to do in iTunes to add ringtones. You might as well be safe and use it. iTools looks like a clone of iTunes to me.
