I saw that also and said wtf also . How many times are they gonna reboot every fricken story . Superman, spiderman,batman , fantastic four , startrek, lost in space , . Once there done the rehashes I guess they will have to start rebooting regular movies like , gone withthe wind and super classics like that . Entertainment has come to a stop has it not
Anybody got any idea what percentage of "new" films for the past 5 years have been reboots?

Apparently, The ring is getting a reboot as well. The japanese version of the ring is best. I never liked this franchise of the comic universe. The movie was really really really bad.

Thing is, with the inflated dollars of the 21st century, any of these reboots makes the originals look like failures, when they werent. We need an article in the Blog talking about what defines a "failure" and a "success" in TV and Film. Too many in the audience are forgetting they are the audience and they are looking at box office revenue. The studios measure success in that way, but does the audience? I certainly dont.
