NEAT tool you are using there! What I find interesting is that Windows need for drivers to be WHQL (Windows Hardware Qualified List) which are "digitally signed". It will actually replace drivers during Windows Update with ones from Microsoft in order to comply. Let me know how this turns out!

Typically DPC issues go back to buggy third party components and/or their drivers. I read there site and had to laugh at the predominance of Dell computers in the issue reports, as Dell has been notorious for years for cheap components and buggy drivers.

Ok so my problem is my Realtek Ethernet connection but if I disable it to get the computer to work correctly I have no network connection to the internet . I'm lost as to what I do now . Should I change the Ethernet to a PCI instead of the onboard Asus one ?
Have I configured my Ethernet incorrectly ? . And why is it saying PCIe when it is the onboard ethernet connection ?
Perhaps if I update the motherboard bios ?

This is what I get when I disable the Realtek Ethernet

I updated the driver for the Realtek Ethernet Controller . That solved the WLAN issue but I am still getting errors in the bios setup .

How would that program be able to scan the BIOS? Anyway, unless you arte actually experiencing the problem you see in the scan, then let me know. Otherwise, Im not understanding what the above readout is supposed to be telling you.

I suppose you are right and it does not scan the bios . I believe it is only giving suggestions to what could be the problem . I've just done a search for a bios update and I found a new bios at ASUS but I've no idea as to how to install this new bios as it is not an exe . I'll do some more reading tomorrow on how to update bios . ASUS has a program called ( easy update )for the bios but it never would find the updated bios and it would just keep doing nothing for hours .
I'm running out of ideas as to what to do other than update the bios .

Please dont try and flash the BIOS if you have never done it! You could brick your motherboard easily. It would help greatly if I understood exactly what demon you are trying to hunt down in Windows? What is the effect...audio pops? video glitches? I see how you are dealing with the problem, but what exactly IS the problem? :)

The cumputer stalls , burps or has slow mouse respond all intermittently and you never know when it's going to do it . From my search I've found that it is a DCP latency issues . Please review the link at the top of the page which discribes to a t what my high end rig is doing .

:) :) :)

Go to the manufacturers website (the manufacturer of the motherboard). All of them have a BIOS flash utility. Some of them call it a Chipset Driver Utility or BIOS Update or something along those lines. If it has one of those "automatically detect: Java options, dont install that. I suggest downloading the Belarc Advisor, running that and then you will have a nice neat sheet or two containing every detail of your setup, links to the manufacturers website, the motherboard model and info on everything else. It is good to have as a tool for this.

If you want, this weekend is fine for you and I to hook up and I can help you. :)
