Looks great! I am excited-hope we get to see it on some format/media!

They have reached their kickstarter goal--just need more fan support and enthusiasm from those who demand better sci fi then syfy

but OM may not like it because the base premise is corporations competing for space dominance,etc,etc

and the guy in the vid CANT be that big a sci fi fan if the only name he could come up with is VOYAGER!

still, looks interesting could be entertaining

Nah, that would not be the reason I don't like it. I don't like the overall premise because it is written like reality TV/documentary and that is not what I want to see. The footage shown in that vid is stunningly realistic! But it is just too realistic and coupled with a documentary-like narrative and not a story makes it boring. I loved Europa Report, but that was only because it was a first for me and a first in it's genre. It was interesting because it was new. I will most likely never rewatch it. This is not going to get any kickstarter money from me. And he named it Voyager? Really? SOMEBODY must have already told him that there is a Star Trek Voyager. And he kept the name anyway?

this is pretty much the only collage vid for 2016 shows (note the shot of Josh Holloway--scrungy man--from the colony? i wonder if it was to be on syfy but got moved to USA instead?)
most have started or are returning ones

the video that had the show I remember is on here somewhere in some thread--I have no idea where

maybe I am just remembering something from EXPANSE or Dark MATTER, both of which were in the trailer I remember.

it is strange though--syfy doesn't have any vids on YT promoting anything past this spring?

I think you're remembering the promos for Childhoods End and also The Expanse. What you're describing sounds like what I remember of the promos.

So I guess the idea of making a thread on this,and then promoting it to a feature--in the hopes of getting some of "his ppl" to come here is a flat out "no-go" then hey?

(just wish our little circle of ppl here got a little bigger that all )

Its TOO real. Is there such a thing? Yeah. If you ever saw a foreign film called "Ricky", you know what I mean. It was so realistic and completely convincing that it felt almost surreal. This feels like that. It might be cool....

Interesting but the name is just dumb . Hell he may as well of called it Orion ... Sheeese .
I think the Expanse is already doing what he is promoting , for me anyway .

Afterwards and reading more of what YouTube Red is about, and given his presence on YT already with all of his other "works", I am guessing that if it ever gets made (his KS has exceeded its funding goal BTW) we will see it on YT Red
